Learn About Our Council Members

The Hawaii Coffee Association (HCA) represents coffee growers, processors, retailers, and service providers with the shared interest in Hawaiian coffee. Our mission is to provide a forum for education, communication, and the pursuit of shared goals that are beneficial to the sustained profitability of the entire Hawaii coffee industry. The HCA’s primary objective is to increase awareness and consumption of Hawaiian coffees with a major component of work rooted in the continuous education of members and consumers.

Hawaii Floriculture and Nursery Association (HFNA) is a statewide umbrella organization with approximately 350 members and represents Hawaii’s floriculture and nursery industry. Our membership includes breeders, hybridizers, propagators, growers, shippers, wholesalers, retailers, educators, and allied industry that supports our efforts in agriculture. The purpose of the HFNA is to “enhance its members’ business success through enactment of laws to advance the common business interests of the members, education, marketing, research, and services; to encourage and promote the betterment of conditions that will create and sustain an economically viable flower and plant industry; and to promote the growing and exporting of Hawaii flowers and plants.”

Hawaii Papaya Industry Association (HPIA) envisions making delicious, nutritious, high-quality, Hawaii-grown papayas available to consumers around the world.

We strive to improve business conditions for the papaya industry in Hawaii, including those related to the cultivation, distribution, sales and use of papayas.

We are committed to developing and improving the papaya industry through research, education and cooperation on a non-partisan basis.

The Hawaii Macadamia Nut Association (HMNA) is composed of members from all sectors of the macadamia nut industry in Hawaii. Its membership ranges from small growers with just a few trees in their backyard, to large farms with thousands of acres. They all have one thing in common: a dedication to producing the finest macadamia nuts in the world. Our organization helps to educate growers, buyers, consumers and anyone interested in the delicious, unique features of Hawaii-grown macadamia nuts.

Founded in 2012, the Hawaii Chocolate and Cacao Association (HCCA) represents the exciting and global award-winning new specialty chocolate industry, supporting Hawaiian grown and made chocolate and cacao products.

HCCA's mission is to "Make Hawaiʻi the global center of excellence for cacao quality, research and education, and chocolate tourism."
